AA Archigroup Architects Co., Ltd., Signs MOU for BIM Technology Development Business Agreement (with Imagine Builder)
On January 18, AA Archigroup signed a business agreement (MOU) with Imagine Builder (CEO Lee Cheol) to develop BIM technology. This agreement allows for the combination of AA Archigroup’s BIM design expertise and Imagine Builder’s technological development capabilities, promoting the automation of essential BIM design tasks.
Specific tasks still involve complex and inefficient processes in the current domestic BIM design landscape. Therefore, AA Archigroup and Imagine Builder have commenced full-scale BIM technology development to address these challenges.
The ‘AA BIM (Revit Add-in)’ developed through this collaboration will feature functionalities such as △Seumteo BIM △Energy Savings Plan △Utilization of structural calculation information △CDE (Common Data Environment). This is expected to enhance design efficiency and establish a BIM-based smart design environment.
