On December 19, 2025, AA archigroup signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with KBD Group, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan’s Kajima Corporation, to collaborate on projects in the United States. The agreement aims to establish a strategic partnership framework in response to the growing number of construction and development opportunities across the U.S. market.

Through this MOU, the two companies plan to gradually expand their collaboration from project opportunity identification to feasibility studies and execution stages, building an ongoing cooperative system in the U.S. market. With this partnership, AA archigroup intends to strengthen its responsiveness to the U.S. market and continue expanding its capabilities in delivering global projects.
