Material Seminar_Concrete Polishing Floor Finishing Technology Using Water-Repellent Enhancer
On December 12, a materials seminar was held in Town Hall on the 6th floor of the headquarters. This seminar, hosted by the Technology Research Institute, aimed to enhance understanding of concrete polishing technology using water-repellent reinforcing agents, one of the floor finishing methods, while sharing the latest industry trends.
Dr. Floor’s Vice President Park Yong-ho introduced the Dr. P-Crete method, which offers superior water-repellent properties compared to existing epoxy finishes, and presented the concrete polishing process and various construction cases. He also conveyed the site's atmosphere, stating, “This method is especially popular among high-end office and residential facilities customers who are dissatisfied with general underground parking lot finishes.”
Director Chung Bohyun of the Technology Research Institute, who organized the seminar, remarked, “Applying new construction methods for high-quality design considering the life cycle is the starting point of design quality,” and added, “We will continue to discover proven innovative methods and share them with our employees.”
