Technical Seminar | Understanding the Urban Planning System
AA archigroup's Research Institute held an in-house technical seminar on May 27 at the company's headquarters. During the seminar, Sangho Eom from the Design Division delivered a presentation titled "Understanding the Urban Planning System."
The presentation introduced key urban planning regulations and procedures that should be reviewed throughout the development process, including zoning designations, district unit plans, and development permits. It also emphasized the importance of understanding relevant planning systems and administrative procedures during the architectural planning stage, as urban planning is fundamentally guided by public plans established and managed by local governments.
