[Special Seminar] Construction Safety Regulations: Trends and Response Strategies
AA archigroup hosted a special seminar titled "Construction Safety Regulations: Trends and Response Strategies" on November 5 in its headquarters main conference room.
The event aimed to enhance the company's preparedness for evolving construction safety regulations and raise employee awareness. The seminar covered recent amendments and practical compliance measures for key laws—including the Construction Technology Promotion Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Serious Accidents Punishment Act—along with the proposed Special Act on Construction Safety currently under legislative review.
Reflecting AA archigroup's expertise in high-tech industrial facility design, the session also addressed establishing safety management systems during the design phase, client/partner coordination strategies, and internal collaboration improvements to minimize legal risks. Participants reviewed both legal obligations and practical applications of construction safety management, reaffirming their commitment to building a systematic, risk-preventive design culture.
