[Awarded] Kumho Tire’s New Plant in Opole, Poland
AA archigroup has been awarded the architectural and utility (UT) basic planning design services for Kumho Tire’s new plant in Opole, Poland.
The project involves the construction of a tire manufacturing facility with a total floor area of approximately 69,099 pyeong (228,426㎡), with the design scheduled for completion by the end of February 2026.
Through this award, AA archigroup has established a local foothold for design operations in Europe. The project is expected to expand in phases to include schematic design, detailed design, and a second-stage expansion. It is also anticipated to serve as a strategic gateway for the company’s entry into the Eastern European market, with Poland positioned as a regional base.
