Practical Skills Enhancement Training for Junior Staff

AA archigroup is conducting a practical competency training program for junior staff.
The program is being held at the headquarters over four sessions from February 9 to 13, focusing on fundamental drawing preparation methods based on the AA archigroup Standard. For employees unable to attend due to site assignments, the training is also available online through the company’s internal learning platform, STEP.
This program has been developed as part of the company’s internal expert development system aimed at strengthening technical competitiveness. Its objective is to transform the firm’s accumulated experience and know-how into organizational technical assets and systematize them into practice-oriented training. The curriculum is centered on real project cases, including insulation design reviews, enabling immediate application to on-site work after the training.
The course is structured in three stages, with the entire program led by Seokjong Hong, Director of the Technical Research Institute.
STEP 1: Drawing standardization guidelines and basic design criteria
STEP 2: Practical methods for architectural documentation
STEP 3: Structural documentation practice
Based on its technology-driven design philosophy, AA archigroup continues to advance its internal training system, linking education, technical research, and expert development. The company plans to further disseminate expertise across the organization through project-based practical training, ultimately enhancing design quality and technical competitiveness.
